Synchronizing Audio / Video for TV Shows and Movies, by Carlos Simon
In the Windows world are used programs like SoundForge, Adobe Audition, and others to synchronize audio and video. In Mac we have an alternative as valid or better than Windows applications. Soundtrack Pro comes bundled in Suite Final Cut Studio 2 and Logic Studio.
The method of synchronization is very simple, as shown in this minitutorial, so that you can add another banda sonora different from a film and synchronization between the two is absolutely perfect. Europe is Launching a Code of Conduct for Operators Web
The Council of Europe on Friday presented the guidelines for protecting privacy, security, freedom of expression and also the dignity of Internet users, focusing its attention on the games online.
The initiative is aimed at operators of the Internet and has been developed with its representatives in Europe, EuroISPA and ISFE, and consists of a series of technical standards and moral, based on common sense to persuade the industry to self-regulating activity business.
The Council of Europe recommends strengthening the information received by users on their rights and duties, on the risks to which they are exposed and the tools to control them, such as antivirus, filters and parental control.
With respect to online games, the proposal invites creators and publishers to "evaluate the content of the game can influence human dignity, sensitivity and values of the players" and to guard against violence or racism.
